DASK is currently exploring the redevelopment of an underutilized church property in Greenwood Village that would be responsibly developed to provide a community-oriented housing solution with a reference to the property’s historical past as a working farm.
We envision a community that reflects the site’s distinctive setting: functional, low-maintenance, clustered, rural in character, sustainable, and carefully crafted to provide a strong sense of community and solutions for daily living. We seek to develop a plan that is responsive to the needs of the community and is connected to the land and its history.
The site’s need for a rezoning and PUD exemplifies DASK’s strategy to identify and uncover investment opportunities that require creativity and hard work. The $7.5 million project is anticipated to yield returns well above market as a result of the strong demand for the proposed product and the ability to debt finance a majority of the capital costs.
